We refer to ourselves as “POPPY”, “we”, “us” or “our”. The user is referred to as “you” or “user”.

2. Who can use POPPY?

To use POPPY you must be at least 16 years old. When creating a profile, we expect the information you provide to be accurate and up to date. Your account is personal and may only be used by you — it cannot be shared with others.

3. Our service

POPPY is a platform that helps parents find each other and build networks through groups. We continuously work to improve the experience, and features in the app may therefore change or be updated from time to time.

We will of course do our best to keep the app available and functioning well, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or that you will be matched with a group.

4. Acceptable use

POPPY is a community, and we expect everyone to treat each other with respect. When using the app, you must therefore not:

create false or misleading profiles,
harass, threaten, or otherwise bother other users,
share illegal, infringing, or offensive content,
send spam or advertisements,
attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the app’s features.

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or close your account without notice.

5. User content

Everything you share in POPPY — for example your profile information, messages, or images — belongs to you.

When you use the app, you grant us a limited right to display and use your content, but only as long as necessary for POPPY to function — for example to show your profile to other users or enable communication within a group.

We do not monitor all content continuously, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates the law or these terms.

6. Disclaimer of liability

We do our best to provide you with a stable and safe experience in POPPY, but we cannot promise that the app will always be error-free or available without interruptions.

POPPY is a community tool — therefore we cannot guarantee that you will be matched with a group or that the experience will meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for:

content or behavior from other users,
losses or damages arising from use of the app,
technical issues, downtime, or loss of data.

7. Changes to the terms

We are continuously developing POPPY and may therefore need to update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email.

If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you can delete your account and stop using POPPY.

8. Termination and account deletion

You can choose to delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us. When you delete your account, your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create insecurity for other users.

9. Intellectual property rights

All rights to POPPY — including name, logo, design, software, texts, and other content we have created — belong to us or our partners.

You may use POPPY for personal use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit our material without our prior written permission.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes between you and POPPY shall be settled by the Court in Odense, which is the agreed venue.
